About
First United Methodist Church Children’s Ministries is a fun, welcoming place where kids can learn about God, grow in their faith, and follow Jesus together.
We focus on friendship, helping others, and learning how to live out our faith every day, so kids can grow into kind, confident leaders who love God and care for people.
When We Gather
(Grades K-5th)
We celebrate together by having fun, fellowship, worship time, and learning. We will hang out together, eat snacks,
play games, worship God, pray, and have meaningful conversations about important topics related to peers,
community, school, church, and others. We’re committed to creating an environment that’s safe, fun, and meaningful.

Kids discover that Jesus is a faithful friend we can always trust. Throughout the week they dive into Bible stories, worship through music, create themed crafts, play energetic outdoor games, enjoy snacks, and build friendships that make faith feel real and exciting. With hands-on activities, group challenges, and plenty of laughter, children experience how following Jesus shapes everyday life with joy, confidence, and hope.
